No roadmap exists at diagnosis.

Families leave the neurologist's office with a diagnosis and no guidance. The resources exist. They just never reach caregivers when they need them most.

The hardest moments happen at home.

Driving. Banking. Sundowning. Medication. Caregivers navigate these daily without scripts, without training, and without support.

Caregiver isolation is the standard experience.

Most caregivers piece everything together alone. That is not a personal failure. It is a systemic gap. Hi Friend closes it.

Why Hi Friend.

The gap is real.
I know because I lived in it.

My husband Ryan was diagnosed with a TBI and early-onset Alzheimer's at 33. Thirty-three years old.

There was no onboarding. No one handed me a guide at the neurologist's office. No scripts for the conversation about the car keys, or the banking app, or the fifth time that day he asked me the same question. I found every resource on my own. I wrote every script myself. I made every safety decision alone, in real time, with no framework and no support.

What I did not know then was that this is not a rare experience. It is the standard one. There are thousands of caregivers navigating TBI, early-onset Alzheimer's, and combat-related dementia right now. All of them starting from zero on day one.

Hi Friend exists because that gap is not acceptable.

No caregiver should have to piece this together alone.

A caregiver records guided videos once. An AI system intercepts the hardest moments and delivers the right one automatically, every time.

The Hi Friend Companion

The caregiver records it once.
The AI handles it from there.

You are not in the room for every hard moment. Hi Friend is. It learns your loved one, reads the moment, and delivers the right message at the right time.

1

You record from guided scripts.

Hi Friend provides trauma-informed templates. warm, playful, calm. You record them in your own voice, on your phone. Or describe a situation and AI writes a custom script for that exact moment.

2

You set the triggers.

Key fob app. Banking app. 5pm every evening. You choose which moments need an intercept, assign a video to each one, and walk away. The app watches from that point forward.

3

The AI decides what plays.

When a trigger fires, the AI reads the context. time of day, behavior patterns, what has worked before. and plays the right video. It learns. It adjusts. It gets more accurate over time.

Guided Script Templates

Your voice.
Our guidance.

Every video a caregiver records starts from a trauma-informed template. written with clinical precision, designed for the specific moment. Three tones. Every scenario. You bring the face and the love. We bring the words.

Warm and Gentle
For confusion, fear, and moments that need calm above all else
Bright and Playful
For redirection. pulls them toward something instead of stopping them
Calm and Grounding
For agitation and escalation. steady, slow, familiar

AI Script Generation

No script for your moment?
Describe it. We'll write it.

Type what is happening right now. The AI generates the exact right words. trauma-informed, stage-appropriate, and ready to record.

AI Script Generator

"My dad keeps trying to open the banking app. He thinks someone is taking money from him. He gets scared and upset when I try to explain."

Generated Script

"Dad, your money is safe. I checked it myself this morning. You do not need to worry about that right now. I have it handled. Can you come sit with me for a few minutes? I could really use your company."

Pocket of Friends

No one carries this alone.

The caregiver builds the circle. Hi Friend keeps it close. When a hard moment arrives, the people who love your person show up, even from a distance.

Step 1

Build your circle

The caregiver invites family, friends, and former battle buddies. No app download needed.

Step 2

Hi Friend reaches out

When a hard moment is approaching, Hi Friend sends a simple text to the circle. Just an invitation to show up.

Step 3

A familiar face appears

Josh records 30 seconds on his phone. Ryan sees his face at the exact moment he needs it most.

The people who love Ryan are already in his corner. Hi Friend gives them a way to show up.

Smart Triggers

Set it once. It runs itself.

Works like a screen-time manager. Instead of blocking, it intercepts with the right message at the right moment.

1

App-Based Triggers

When a monitored app opens, Hi Friend intercepts before any action is taken. The caregiver sets which apps to watch. The system does the rest.

Banking app opensTrusted face appears before any transfer begins.
Key fob or car app opensDriving video plays before the engine starts.
Any monitored appCaregiver selects which moments need a message.
2

Time and Location Triggers

Some moments are predictable. Hi Friend meets them automatically, every day, without the caregiver having to do anything.

5pm every eveningSundowning video plays automatically.
Medication timeA warm reminder in a familiar voice.
Location-based alertsTriggered when they approach a monitored area.

No caregiver should have to do this alone.

And now, they do not have to.

Hi Friend is coming. Be the first to know when it is ready.
